Earlier this month, the cut-throat email that Zuckerberg sent to screw friend and Facebook cofounder Eduardo Saverin out of a large chunk of the company came to light. It wasn’t pretty reading. Still, in one of his rare media appearances, Saverin appears not to hold a grudge.

In an interview with Brazilian news magazine Veja the Miami-bred billionaire explains how he’s not mad with Mark. From the Forbes translation of the original article:

“I have only good things to say about Mark, there are no hard feelings between us. His focus on the company since its very first day is anything short of admirable. He was a visionary, he always knew that the only way for Facebook to grow was to maintain its central idea, that of people truly presenting themselves as they are, without nicknames or pseudonyms. That’s Facebook’s biggest strength, what allowed us to transform it into an instrument of protest, like what happened in Egypt, but also in an instrument of business, not to mention a way of naturally connecting with friends.”

He also takes the opportunity to point out that The Social Network may have portrayed him as slightly more aggressive than he is in real life. “I would never throw a laptop at someone, like it appears in the movie,” he explains. “Not even at Mark.” Aww. [Veja via Forbes]
