Sony claims they will sell 3 million PSPs in the first 3 months, a target they miss horribly due to production issues, while Nintendo goes on to sell around 4 million units for the Xmas 2004 season.

Liebermann hatred begins in earnest, as does a variety of mispellings of their company name. We host the “iRaq” pictures taken by Copper Green, arguably our biggest story (in a media-wide sense) of the year. iPod Video rumors are mostly on the mark, except for that whole video thing.

We also asked Apple to add OGG Vorbis support to the iPod. We later begged. Results were predictible (although Phil Schiller did write me a letter, telling me he didn’t like it when I said ‘fuck.’)
