iPhone 4S pre-orders are live on Apple’s online store and from individual carriers like Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.
Be patient when ordering as the Apple Store is up and down and both Sprint and AT&T are reportedly getting hammered. Just keep hitting F5 and you’ll eventually get through. It just might take a frustrating hour and a half.
