Click to viewApple Legal has asked Giz to take down the iPod nano spy shots from earlier today because they are their "intellectual property." Out of respect for The Steve, we've complied. Silly fools and their wish for OGG on machines made by huge corporations with deep pockets. OGG Vorbis is a codec that can potentially explode in massive lawsuits if either Microsoft or Apple decided to license it. Perhaps you should run a business, make it grow to Apple/Microsoft-esque levels, then see if you would want to take the risk.
