Sony must've decided its Vaio Type U we showed you a couple of months ago would be less lame with more than a measly 16GB flash drive. So what do you know, the Japanese giant has upped the size of the hard drive to 32GB, and given us a gig of RAM to boot instead of that puny 512MB it started with.
