You Can Now Read DC Comics on Nook

Previously, DC Comics has had an exclusive deal with Amazon, which meant that any Nook users were left out in the cold. From today, that's no longer the case.

DC Comics has announced that more than 100 graphic novels, including Watchmen, The Sandman, and The New 52, will now be available to read on Nook devices—well, the Tablet and Color at least—as well as on Android devices running the Nook app.

While that's good news for Nook-toting Watchmen fans everywhere, it's good news for hardcopy comic book readers, too. Previously Barnes & Noble took the DC snub rather badly, and pulled all the comic books exclusive to Amazon from the shelves of its stores. Now they're available on Nook too, that should all change.
