If you routinely keep your refrigerator in order and finish your leftovers, you’ll put platetopper to great use, while using less plastic wrap and/or tupperware. But if you’re anything like me, you’ll just let your Platetopper’d foods fester in your fridge for weeks/months/years on end, and then just throw the whole thing out because it’s easier that way.
