Russian leakers Rozetked just supplied us with an alleged video of the recently-leaked GoPro budget-priced HERO camera in action. There's no way of knowing if it's legit, but the video seems to confirm everything we've heard so far today about this rumored camera.

The Russian-language, English-subtitled video gives a closer look at the camera alleged to be GoPro's simplest and most affordable addition to the Hero line. In fact, we learn that the new GoPro Hero is exactly the same on the inside as the old GoPro Hero 3 White Edition, with the same specs we heard about earlier today: 1080p 30fps, 720p 60fps, and 720p 60fps wide-angle video, a 5MP camera, and SD memory up to 32GB.

It also gives us a glimpse at how the cheaper, simpler camera stacks up on image quality.

Compared to the Hero 3+ Black Edition, the budget-minded Hero puts out a slightly more grainy image. But if the video's claim of a sub-$200 price is to be believed, that may be a tradeoff worth making.

It's impossible for us to verify that the item in the video is an actual GoPro Hero, an item that won't be officially revealed until October 8th. But Rozetked managed to get their hands on an actual iPhone 6 a full week before it hit the streets, which would seem to indicate that we're not dealing with amateurs here. Whatever the case, we'll know for sure on October 8th.
